About Carly

Carly Walton is a native of Mesa, AZ. She has been playing the piano since she was 7 and has been accompanying for school and church choirs since the age of 12. Her passion for the piano and pedagogy took her to Boston, MA where she studied piano at Berklee College of music. She graduated from Berklee in 2012 with a degree in Music Education and a minor in Piano Performance. Carly has taught general music, choral music, keyboard, and music theory to the k-8 level and high school level.

In addition to teaching Carly enjoys arranging and composing classical and broadway tunes. She has arranged music for choral organizations and vocalists. Carly has taught over 150 private piano and voice students in person and online over the past 11 years. She is currently traveling the world with her husband and baby while running an online music studio.
